Our commitment to the cause means we will whatever possible use electric chainsaws to process the wood and where we must use 2 stroke chainsaws, we will use petrol alternatives such as Aspen (an Alkylate based fuel) and biodegradable chainsaw oils. Our aim is to only to sell to customers who walk cycle or drive by electric car or if they are coming by fossil fuel mode of transport, we are a stop-off on the journey.

With this ethos in mind, we will offer a free delivery service to our discerning customers in Harrold, Odell and Carlton.

Orders placed before 9 pm on a Wednesday will be delivered Friday in time for your barbecue weekend

For regular customers, we will offer a Reusable Ouse Valley Charcoal branded tote bag to cut down even further on the already sustainable paper packaging.
